Rules:
➟ Nudity scenes are not allowed
➟ Unlimited registration is allowed

➟ The registration is only through the form
➟ Add the contest link in the video description
➟ PayPal or Steam account required
Update 1: Since the demos now have big issues after a small update at game platform, I allow you to use your own clips and demos, instead of the provided ones. In other words, fell free to record your own clips, but nudity censor must be on. If your content will have any nudity scenes will be rejected from contest.
Update 2: Packs now have the procedural map file where the clips where recorded. In order to fix all map bugs from demos, you have to copy the "proceduralmap.3720.121272622.204.map" file, from packs files "..\Pack\Fix Demos\file", in this location: "..\steamapps\common\Rust\maps".
Update 3: The prize pool has reached 110€! Thanks to PIX1E 10€ donation.

Information:
Both packs contains pov clips 60fps x1 timespeed and cinematics clips 60 fps at x0.01, x0.1, x0.3, x1 timespeed. You don't have to use both packs or all clips to participate, also you can record your own cinematics with the demos provided. The packs comes with a Rust sound pack. You can use even 3D footage if it has reference to the game. The intro can be modify as long as it remain clean, text elements must be readable. There's no rule for minimum or maximum length.

Rust Editing Contest is a series of competitions for people who have potential in this field of video editing. The purpose of the context is to assess the editing skills. This also comes with great exposure for potential winners.
The first competition was in 2018. For every competition were provided 2 packs: a pack with pre-rendered Rust clips and a pack with Rust sounds. In some competitions were provided even demos for those who want to create their own cinematics.
For this type of contest the host will not be receiving any monetary benefits, but the winners will be rewarded. They will be chosen according to their creativity, content execution( clips cuts, story, content start, content ending, cinematics and others), VFX(visual effects), SFX( sound effects), flow( synchronization with music and other sound aspects). After the deadline, the result of the contest will be published and the winners will receive the prizes for this competition soon.
This contest will be crowdfunded, so if you wish to become a sponsor in order to increase the prize pool size, don’t hesitate to leave a message on discord server. Also if you want to support the upcoming contest, there is plenty of work to do with the demo recording part. The part in which you create fake action requires a lot of player interactions, and your help will be appreciated.
