The United States has not officially announced that Ukraine can use long range weapons such as ATACMS on the territory of Russia yet, but all indications are that this policy will be changed soon in response to Russia importing hundreds of short range ballistic missiles from Iran. The Kremlin has already admitted they believe the policy will change and they do not have a real response. Russian State TV has also responded to Trump's horrible debate performance and they are predicting a victory for Harris now as a result.
