the meat of 4 quails or 1/2 chicken, shredded
1 Tbsp smoked salt (or regular)
4 twigs of rosemary
2 bay leaves
5-10 crushed juniper berries

300g waxy potatoes, boiled and cubed
1 cucumber, cubed
1/2 cup olives, sliced
3 Tbsp capers

1,5 cups mayo
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Tabasco sauce

1/2 cup crawfish tails
6 lettuce leaves
a few cubes of jello made from stock
3 halved quail eggs (optional)
1 Tbsp caviar
