Svidetel, or "The Witness," is the story of a Belgian violinist who gets caught in the middle of the invasion of Ukraine -- and what he witnesses is a decidedly pro-Russian version of events meant to justify Russia's military action. The film is straight propaganda, and it turns out that Russians just aren't interested in seeing it... or thinking about Ukraine at all.
