Russian Man Slaps Indian National During Pattaya Parking Dispute

A parking disagreement in Pattaya turned physical after a Russian man intervened in an argument between an Indian national and a local fruit vendor. The vendor claimed the man refused to move his motorcycle and became verbally aggressive after being told he was parked in a prohibited area. Footage showed the Russian motorist slapping and kicking the man before witnesses stepped in. The Indian national later reportedly apologised to the vendor, and no further legal action was detailed.
