Russia is not preparing to slow down. Ukrainian intelligence says Moscow is producing key missile types at 110–120 percent of its monthly targets and launched a record 198 ballistic and hypersonic missiles in July. Robert “Madyar” Brovdi, commander of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces, warns that Russia can currently launch approximately 77 ballistic and cruise missiles simultaneously and intends to build toward 200. His proposed answer is systematic strikes against the factories, components and infrastructure producing those weapons. This briefing also examines Ukraine’s continuing confidence in victory, Russia’s accelerating Rassvet satellite network, Moscow’s preparations for a possible mobilization without formally announcing one, Chinese components communicating from British military boats, Ukraine’s criticism of UNICEF’s false equivalence, depleted American weapons inventories, Pentagon demands for faster production and concerns that Ukraine could manufacture improved Patriot systems faster and more cheaply than existing American production lines.
