i have come once again with the feels
this project surged out of nowhere to be honest. it's pretty much a vent video to distract myself. i've been experiencing a lot of trouble w mental illness & it's kinda been bogging me down a lot, especially when i'm trying my best to get better. thus, an angsty Odazai AU was born
storyline:
basically the AU follows the song lyrics. Dazai feels remorse for Oda's death, & so he begs to be taken instead. the god listens, and lets Dazai go back in time to fulfill his tragic bidding, creating a different universe so Oda can stay alive. in the end, Dazai commits suicide, and Odasaku, lives. TRAGIC AMIRITE
i hope you guys like it, it's definitely not my best work, but i put a lot of heart to it. these two seriously crush me every single time, plus this song means more than i can explain, so thERE'S A LOT OF FEELS OKAY ;;;;;
strangely this is actually my first time editing w Placebo?? not to be edgy or cringey or anything but this band has really got me through some very hard times & has made me more secure of myself. i seriously owe them my life & gratitude. anywho, i love them so much so i really hope i paid some respect to one of my favourite bands.

its been more than 3 months since Ive made a proper MMV, and I apologise for my lack of them. i decided to experiment a lot with transitions and typography this time, it was fun. c:

this is one of those personal/vent projects, i suppose. but meh, all my videos are hella emo anyways LOLOL. i have been fighting off depression + anxiety for a long while now, so its nice to just express thoughts and feelings into what you create every once in a while. dont worry about me though. im just tryna keep it real and honest with you guys, thats all. c:
If youve read the Oyasumi Punpun manga Im sure you can find a lot of sense with the song and the edit.
I also chose to interpret God as Punpuns Hope, if anyone didnt quite catch that.
I just find Aiko x Punpuns relationship quite... Intriguing. Its obviously sad and tragic, but never before have I felt so attracted to a couple so... Obscure.
