There's not really as much tech to play with as there is for cyclists, but there's still some! Take a look at what I use each run.
The Garmin Forerunner 735XT seemed a good option for my needs. I don't need music integrated (although I understand they can sync with Spotify and the like, so maybe the next watch I get will do) and I don't need payment, so the Forerunner 735XT seemed a good option at just under £200 to be the central point of my running tech.
The Stryd is quite expensive for what it is, but is a great option for the more serious runner that wants every possible stat at their fingertip. Stride length, vertical oscilation, power etc.
As my music is still coming from my phone, I wanted a decent garment for holding my phone, but still letting me check it easily, without the fear of dropping it. Enter the Freetrain V1.0 for only £19.99.
