New runecrafting method in Menaphos when you unlock access to it after completing the quest which requires tier 9 overall reputation.
Exp rates differ depending on what bonus's you have active and which method you do.
Gp per hour isn't great, Around 200k gp/hr but this method is pretty much on par with bloods and deaths yet much more afk and chill
