This is obviously slower than doing the individual skills by themselves, but the fact that you can do these at the same time makes it so that it is extremely fast.
Doing this lets you superheat 1.7k-1.8k gold ores into bars, as well as gain 70k-80k fletching xp in an hour. You can also get around 60k Magic xp in that hour.
