Rules & Facts:
- PvP Everywhere
- All combat levels can fight eachother
- XP training rate is 500%
- Quest XP is not changed and stays 100%
- The Grand Exchange is DISABLED
- If you die you lose the 28 best item stacks in your bank
- It's possible to insure certain items
- When you die you lose 50% XP in all skills
- You can protect up to 5 skills if not skulled (2 combat 3 regular)
- You can protect up to 3 skills if skulled (1 combat 2 regular)
- You can change the protected skills at any time.
- Teleporting and logging out takes 10 seconds
- You can't teleport or log out during combat
- If you enter a safe place with skull the guards will kill you.
- If you die to normal monsters you will not lose XP or bank items.
- You can use Agility obstacles during combat
- You can use objects in your house even if you lose the con level
- Your HP level can't drop below level 10.
- Your Herblore level can't drop below level 3.
- Quests will remain completed after dying but you will lose the XP.
- Deadman mode will have the same map as the live game.
- There is no ironman mode in Deadman mode.
- Mules are against the rules (second accs to keep items safe)
- Training in own house gives almost no xp (except pray and con)
- Tutorial island will be the only non-pvp place.
- How many deadman worlds? depends on the popularity.
- There will be hiscores for deadman mode.
- Everyone spawns in Lumbridge.
- Instances will be dealt with (you cant be safe in random events)
- A skull will last for 30 minutes.
- Agility rooftops are not safe areas.
- There will be an alert if a high lv player dies.
