Did you know that RuneScape only has three toilets? They're all outhouses, one near the Hosidius vinery, one behind Watson's house, and one on Fossil Island. And every single one of them is permanently occupied. Try to open the vinery or Fossil Island doors and you'll get yelled at. While Watson's is a bit more mysterious, your character just decides they'd rather not know what's going on in there.
But it gets even weirder. The guy in the vinery outhouse had actually been reachable with the NPC Contact spell for years before his outhouse even existed. He was just a random NPC who told anyone who called him that he was on the toilet. When Jagex added the Hosidius Vinery to the game, his true identity and his toilet's location were finally revealed.
Now, if you're willing to stretch the definition of toilet a little, there are also buckets in many of the game’s jail cells, bathroom signs in the Temple of Light, and Ba-Ba's throne, which when examined says she also uses it as a toilet. But despite all of these facilities, your character has never used one.
