Elite Training Dummies are obtained by treasure hunter and when taken down quickly can give you crazy amounts of xp.

While at W48 Burthorpe at reset time, I managed to take down each stage of a ranged training dummy (level 98 range, along with 2 other high level players I think) in about 20 seconds. Technically you could take them down even quicker just you need more people. I obtained about 16.2k xp in roughly 1 minute 40 seconds which equals out to 580k xp an hour.
