Runescape video of achieving 99 Summoning & 99 Slayer by Dartmoul1.
It took me like 3 months from 70 to 99 slayer.
With the charms I got from slayer I managed to get 96 Summoning and the rest for summoning came from waterfiends who have a crim rate drop of 120/h.
With getting 99 slayer you're able to buy the skill cape and kill Soulgazers in Deamonheim.
With getting 99 Summoning you're able to buy the skill cape and raise a baby dragon pet and summon a steel titan.
