After a lot of time in the training room with Paul, I thought I would present my findings in a tutorial like form. This a basics walkthrough, meant for people that are new to Paul, or just want to understand him better. There is plenty of room for expansion here, and I'm sure there are some things I missed, but I hope this video does a good job of highlighting many basic important things about his character.
Also note that one of the reasons I dig Paul is that he has so much potential without meter. This lead me to not be quite as familiar with his EX moves because I chose not to use them very often. The additional details discovered on these moves and other things unknown to me at the time of recording are in the annotations.
Keep finding new tech for Paul and help make him the greatest fighter IN THE UNNNIIIVVVERRRSSSSEEEEEE!!!!!
