The Big Science Event is a fun way to get children from early years up to year 6 excited about science! They'll improve their investigation skills as they take ownership of what questions they ask and how they go about answering them.

We support teachers every step of the way to run the Big Science Event at School. You can find free resources, including step-by-step guides on entering, investigation ideas and answers to your FAQs online.

And we're running an online Teacher Twilight session on 23 January 2024, if you'd like to ask more about running the event in your school.
