We have run into issues with screen sharing through Google Meet, making synchronous sessions with students difficult. This is the result of old devices, weak wifi, and a variety of other issues. As an experiment, I tried out using an Audio-only (through call-in) Google Meet, alongside a collaborative Jamboard, and it worked great. This video goes through the steps to set it up.
