It’s REASSEMBLY DAY on our 500,000 mile Mack Anthem RV Hauler build! After days of flat black bedliner, we’re finally putting every black part back on Chuggs. In this episode you’ll see us install the sacrificial rubber edging (stair nosing) with 3M VHB tape and adhesion promoter, reinstall the progressive LED light bars, put the lock sets back into the handles, and add all the trim, steps, and finishing details.
This is Day 17 of the Chuggs series, and we’re taking you through the process almost unedited , the tricks, the real shop talk, and every little step it takes to reassemble a custom RV Hauler after a full blackout paint job.
