I first saw this technique quite some time ago by @GinaKDesigns-StampTV and now again several times on YouTube. So now it's my turn to give this a try. I decided to try as a background, as I have seen, and also over some floral stamps from @BrutusMonroe This was so easy and a perfect technique for a beginner card maker with very little supplies.
