The only demanding mission in the entire Battlefield 6 campaign is the intro. After that, from the 2nd to the 9th (and final) mission, the game runs noticeably better. It’s impressively optimized, using baked lighting that strikes a perfect balance between visual quality and performance. This is how games should be made, just like in the old days, without relying lazily on ray-traced lighting and shadows. The game already runs flawlessly on Ultra settings, but I’ve also made a custom Ultra preset that pushes performance even further, making it a better choice for higher resolutions.
