I'm sticking with the in-game DLSS 4.6 over 4.0 as they perform identically, and 4.6 noticeably beats 4.5 for the best overall visuals and framerates. I also strongly advise against using FSR 3 frame generation; it can't be combined with the DLSS 4 upscaler on RTX 30 series cards, and it performs terribly even with the FSR 3 upscaler.
