Jagged Gale. A truly wretched city. Straddling the only way into the highly coveted Falling Star Sea, Jagged Gale serves as the naval guardwall against any maritime force that may seek to invade into Emyra's capital heartland. It also serves as Emyra's primary naval trade hub, rivaling even the likes of such towns as Port Natha or Onyxwall. As a result, Jagged Gale is a city of immense wealth and power.
But where there is vast wealth and power, there is a vaster divide between the haves, and the have-nots. Of these have-nots, a ry'thar woman named Rro'katha. Imprisoned between walls of debt and blackmail, Rro'katha does only what desperation demands of her in the service of Jagged Gale's seedy and sprawling Underbelly.
