First ride and review of the all-new Hitchcock's free-flowing twin header pipes for the Royal Enfiled Interceptor 650.
Official Description:
XHAUST PIPE PAIR, STAINLESS STEEL, (650 Interceptor + 650 Continental GT)
Manufactured in ENGLAND from T304 stainless steel, these front pipes are supplied in a highly polished finish and have been specifically manufactured for the 650 models. They follow the original shape of the factory fitted front pipes, but offer a significant weight saving of over 3kg and performance improvement over the standard setup.
They come with the provision for the oxygen sensor and utilise the standard mounting points and fixings. They retain the original rubber mounting fixing points which helps minimise vibration. The end fitting is swaged to the correct size as standard, to remain compatible with aftermarket silencers. Supplied as a pair complete with the copper sealing gaskets between the cylinder head and front pipes. As with all stainless steel exhausts, as they go through heat cycles there will be a change in colour, particularly around the header area.
