Royal Caribbean No Help For Passengers With Hospital Birth Certificates @cruiselaw

Passengers arriving in Miami to board a Royal Caribbean cruise ship with hospital birth certificates found themselves with no assistance from the cruise lines. After paying $1,500 for their cruises, the passengers faced a cruise line which would not even let them use its fax line to obtain documentation from their county courthouses in order to board the cruise ship.
