The grandeur of the former Royal Arms Hotel in Gosport has been restored. 👏

Originally established in 1810, it became known as the ‘Submariners Pub’ in the 20th century as it was a regular haunt of submariners returning to Gosport after a tour of duty.

As part of our High Street Heritage Action Zone in Gosport, Hampshire, we've restored the canopy and façade so that future generations can enjoy them.

We protect and support local historic places that communities can be proud of.
