The photograph analyzed here was taken by the Left Navigation Camera onboard NASA's Mars rover Curiosity on Sol 3531 (2022-07-13 08:11:40 UTC).
The anomaly featured here looks like a possible termite/ant mound about a half a metre to one metre across. The surface indicates the material may have been very muddy at the time the object formed as well as signs of erosion on the sides of the object. It appears very similar to termite mounds found here on Earth.
This also looks like dinosaur poop/coprolite, not that it is.
As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.
