Hi Friends!
Welcome back to another video where I am breaking down how to round to the nearest 10!
I am going to show you 2 ways to round to the nearest 10 while following the same rhyme that I love to use in my classroom:
Find your PLACE (make your HTO chart for PLACE value)
Look next door (To the ones)
5 or greater,
ADD ONE MORE! (To the tens!)
4 or below,
LET IT GO! (Keep the tens the same)

Go Math & Common Core like to teach rounding to the nearest 10 and 100 in the first chapter of the school year and it is always a struggle!
So I wanted to break this down into two separate videos for all my kiddos out there who need a little extra reminder!
