Defeating the eight bosses currently available in Rotwood without taking damage and playing solo and the bit of dialogue Flitt gives that I suspect is supposed to tie in with the next zone whenever it's implemented. Rotwood is a multiplayer roguelike where the world's gone to hell and you're fighting corrupted monsters to get their hearts to power a force field for safety, you can currently hit four zones which has the usual choose a path through various rooms for upgrades, both run-specific and permanent.
This is done on the standard difficulty. After clearing the boss rot for a zone you have frenzy levels open up (up to frenzy 3) which generally adds more challenging monsters throughout the zone but pretty much leaves the bosses untouched except for much higher health and damage.
Overall it's pretty fun, albeit a tiny bit grindy. You require corestones to buy new armor/weapons at the shop that shows up before the mini-boss and boss of a zone (and some weapons only show up when playing Frenzy 1 or higher) then you need to gather zone-specific items to upgrade them, and everything except your starter gear has a special bonus that can be upgraded in addition to the defense/attack bonus. It does mean a notable amount of runs but it's probably expecting some tries to clear a zone and then getting through the frenzy levels.
I found the light armor from the first zone to be great for all four zones as it boosts your dodge speed/iframes (and the helmet makes your dodge hurt critters) until I got the third zone leggings that gives a lesser dodge speed bonus but also lets your dodge go through monsters. Your defense is pretty low but for hitless attempts that doesn't matter.
