Right now, any store-bought drone made after the 16 September last year must be sold with built-in Standard Remote ID. Rotor Riot seem to be trying to avoid this requirement but will their disclaimer hold water?

I'd love to hear your comments on this and I'd love to hear from Rotor Riot themselves. Did they do a deal with the FAA or have they had legal advice to suggest this strategy will work?
