Milo demonstrates how you can use the duoMatrix NEO polymer-modified gypsum system and chopped fiber to create a durable, lightweight, hollow casting.

Matrix Accelerator is used so that a hand rotation can be done on the mold. The addition of chopped fibers strengthens the cured duoMatrix NEO significantly, so that it doesn't crack on impact despite being just 3/8" thick. In addition to creating lightweight castings, rotational casting is a great way to reduce material cost over pouring a solid piece.
