The Off-Centred the mouse is not a hack, as you can see it is completely synced all the way through with movement. Here is a small explanation though from someone with the same issue

As an NPE a lot of people will think it means "New player experience" and remain confused with the amount of guild dungeons or what not.
Me and Tharms view it as a "No Pet Experience" while PPE is a "Pet Player Experience." The goal for us is to get all swap outs possible and from that perspective this video is probably the best I will ever put out. Also arguably better than Luca's Warrior PPE!
