How did I craft the rotation, first of all, inclusive the special energy cards, excluding Hedone's, there is 10 double and 15 single. Hedone smelt 4 single away and we can swap 3 single as well.
So there are 18 energy card in 3 rounds. We use 15 energy cards. So considering the probability, we should get about 8-10 double energy, 10 is quite low in % and 9 is quite likely. And from the runs I did, I do can gain at least 9 every 3 rounds.
0:00 Rotation 1
21 Energy
10:44 Rotation 1 - 3 Rounds Cycle
Rotation:
Starting
Round 1: 2 double energy + 3 single + 4 (11 energy)
Round 2: 4 double energy + 1 single energy + 4 SC + 2 tuning + 6 (21 energy)
Round 3 (The Twins and Hedone Ult): 3 double + 2 single + 2 tuning (10 energy)
Round 4 (Coppelia Ult): 1 double energy + 4 single + 6 (12 energy)
Round 5: 4 double + 1 single + 4 SC + 2 tuning + 6 (21 energy)
Round 6 (The Twins and Hedone Ult): 4 double + 1 single + 2 tuning (11 energy)
* Flexible to use 1-2 lesser double energy as well need at least 9 energy.
Repeat 3-6
15:46 Rotation 2
18 energy
25:24 Rotation 2- 3 Rounds Cycle
Starting is the same as above
Round 4: (Coppelia Ult): 1 double + 4 single, +6 (12 energy)
Round 5: 5 double +2 tuning + 6 (18 energy) * can't use +30% Conduit might SC
Round 6: (The Twins and Hedone Ult) 3 double + 2 single + 2 tuning + 4 SC (14 energy)
*Flexible as we need at least 12 energy.
30:52 Rotation 3
15 energy
39:53 Rotation 3 - 3 Rounds Cycle
Starting is the same BUT use Hedone Ult in Round 4.
Round 4 (Coppelia and Hedone Ult): 3 double + 2 single, +4 (12 energy)
Round 5: 2 double +3 single + 2 tuning, +6 (15 energy)
Round 6 (The Twins Ult): 4 double + 1 single +2 tuning + 4 SC + 2 (17 energy)
(Flexible as we can also do 2 double + 3 single + 2 tuning + 4 SC + 2 (15 energy))
Result:
Rotation 1 has 2 more Polymeric Ray (PR) but weaker Ult
21 energy - 300k+374k (2 PRs) +843k (Twins Ult) +634k (Hedone Ult) = 2151k
Rotation 2 has 1 more PR but cannot use The Twins Special Card to give 30% Conduit Might.
18 energy - 274k + 1189k + 602k = 2065k
So SCRAP this Rotation
Rotation 3 has no extra PR but strongest Ult.
15 energy - 1587 k + 660k = 2247k
So seems like Rotation 3 is intended rotation, and looking at it, it is also more balanced in using Double and Single energy, double is not more than 3, this means the rotation is less subjected to RNG and smoother to execute.
But Rotation 1 has more potential as in after using 21 energy in previous round, we may get enough to get 12 energy when Ult, this will increase the Ult dmg making it better than Rotation 3. We just need to adjust and use 5 single energy in the round when Coppelia Ult.
For the other rotation, we won't put more energy to do 1 more Polymeric Ray as we may not have enough for 12 Energy Ult.
But also Rotation 1 needs just 1 more energy to do a 12 Energy Ult, this means if you have any portrait for any of them then you will likely be able to execute Rotation 1 with 21 Energy for Polymeric Ray and 12 Energy Ult.
Lastly, with more Portrait where should the energy go to. Goes to spamming Polymeric Ray in round 5/8/11 and so on. From this test, the result is very close when doing 2 additional PR compared to funneling more energy into Ult, if we can push 1 more PR, then the dmg will definitely we higher. So higher Portrait should focus on Rotation 1.
46:03 Full Run using Rotation 1
Higher score than Coppelia's.

Okay, she gained stacks of [Progressive iteration] which will change to [Design Revision] that enhances her Riposte.
So, this means that Ezio Riposte will directly enhance her DMG.
But compared to the run I did using Lopera, Lopera providing Crit and Crit Dmg is simply better.
Ezio is also quite AP hungry to be effective and that competes with Cornerstone. (I say this without testing what if I just focus more on Ezio, and let Cornerstone charge up to 5 stacks of [Design Revision]. I doubt it is better but worth a try).
Perhaps, Ezio 1-3 is better, thx to Andy for suggesting it The Knight and the Assassin - Cornerstone - Focused Flashback - Reverse 1999](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/koyUTw1GIio/mqdefault.jpg)

I did 3 Tests, Hissabeth is core so she is permanent, then I use J for Dmg boost. So I switch between Rhiannon, Melania, and Eagle. This account doesnt have Druvis E2, so I didnt try.
4:30 Rhiannon
Highest Dmg Ult - 700k
By Round 5 - 3.2 M Score
By Round 13 - 13.1 M Score
25:40 Melania
Highest Dmg Ult - 450k
By Round 5 - 2.7 M Score
By Round 13 - 9.3 M Score
43:55
Highest Dmg Ult - 850k
By Round 5 - 4.5 M Score
Surprisingly, Silverwing Eagle team does the most dmg due to the additional [Negative Status] but Eagle here is a little too weak (defense wise) so I didnt continue with the run after Round 4.
But that team does the most dmg and hits the highest Score.
Melania allows Noire to quickly regain moxie and start gaining Flowing Inspiration stacks, but lack of DMG boost compared to the other two. Also it was slower to set up Melania. The overall dmg output and score is the lowest. But at least Noire Crits.
Rhiannon is good but the lack of crit end up making Noire missing so many crit. Either change to crit sustain like Marsha (next I might try with different sustain, but I will wait for new related to Narcissus). Nevertheless, the more stable team now for Noire is with Rhiannon.

Melania Moxie overflow easily allows Noire to stack up to 10 moxies.
After she Ult, she immediately regains 5 Moxies allowing her to start converting [Genius Idea] to [Flowing Inspiration].
Allowing her to comfortably do 3 rounds rotation, unless you get very unlucky with [Genius Idea] Conversion.
Also possible to even do 2 rounds, but her buffs will likely be at lower stacks, so 3 rounds would generally be more ideal.
Somewhat, she also feels like she is designed for Focused Flashback as normal gameplay.

0:00 Rhiannon
I just did 10 Rounds, taking too long to do a comparison using Raid :(
This team scored 13 M in 10 Rounds.
16:00 Moldir
With Moldir the team scored 15.1 M in 10 Rounds. I didnt manage to use Igors S1 else it should be a higher score.
But this test further shows that Moldir is now better than Rhiannon for Igors team.
*Note
But again, this fight doesnt favour J Ulting every round because his [Burn] stacks got cleansed, he can regain 30-35 before his next Ult but if we spam his Ult every round, his damage will be lower. I guess the Dev designed this stage so that we cant abuse his DPS mode.
So meaning to say, if his Burn is not cleansed and he can Ult more frequently like what I did in Focused Flashback, this team would do more dmg. Igor Team Comparison Part 2 (Insatiable Bloodsucker Type II) - Rhiannon Vs Moldir - Reverse 1999](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/l7eTrKKYEgw/mqdefault.jpg)
