Here I'm turning some oversized mild steel stock, facing it relatively flat on both sides and then boring 2 alignment holes - one at the bottom to mate with the boss on the rotary table and another on top to help align the fixture plate to spindle & the work pieces.
Note: Initial plan was to make a 16mm top alignment bore & I didn't have a reamer that size, which is why I had to do 2 setups. In hindsight I over complicated this whole thing. I should've done all the boring & reaming in one setup, 10mm top alignment reamed hole is quite sufficient.
