Rooftops Spec-Ops Remastered REBELLION is a Tier 2 level of the mod. Rescue ally rebels who have been captured during a riot against the enemy. The more you rescue the more you'll get rewarded in the end. Use stealth to prevent them from getting executed, but some of them may get executed anyway if you wait for too long. The storm will cover your shots but if an enemy sees their friends die, they'll be on to you. You should also keep an eye on your humidity meter. The higher it is, the slower you move.
