Every time it snows, my roommate (who seldom knocks on my door), knocks on my door and freaks me out, asking if he can come in and climb through the window to shovel the roof.
I get anxiety from an unannounced phone call...so someone knocking on my door in my little safety zone is 100 times worse. Plus I have to put pants on and move some of my collectibles around to let him out the window.
Anyway...to spare him from causing me to have a panic attack, I did it myself. I didn’t have a proper snow shovel, so it wasn’t easy. But getting the broom helped a lot.
