Here's our review for the RONSEAL Yacht Varnish for exterior applications, it's a gloss but you can also buy a satin version that promises to offer lasting protection for outdoor wood on your home and DIY projects. You can apply this with a brush or roller (foam roller), and if you want a great finish a light sand before and between coats.
