Ignore the bad gameplay. I don't play well in front of a camera.
I've gotten the OoB and skip past the waterfall in ledges around that area, though this is the only consistent method I've found. You can side roll to the right and backwards handspring to lose height and go under the thing like I do, just don't do it as bad as I did here lol.
