Of Surinamese origin, Dutch musician Ronald Snijders is the son of composer Eddy Snijder and began learning the flute, his main instrument, at the age of 7!
This man is not only a fantastic composer, his music is a brilliant amalgamation of everything we know as Prog - story telling with brilliant soundscapes. Sometimes, it is also just an escape from the routine.

This is track 2, Seven Wings from his 1977 album titled Natural Sources.
