The thing that turned this fight around for me was using a Smart Rifle instead of the shotgun. This level definitely tries to stick you with the shotgun at every opportunity, but in case that happens to you, use a reroll on a weapon you find late in the level, before going into the boss fight!

Dyne is a 1v1 fight for Barret, just like in the original. Youll need to utilize the piles of scrap for cover during the first two phases of the fight, and then try your best to kill the tentacles in phase 3 before they deal too much damage. Equip Barret with both Fire and Cure and youll be set!
