We wrap up getting the rest of the treasures in the Witch's Sanctum and then head out to start the giant fetch quest ahead to make the Mermaid Potion. First we head over to Toba which lies along South Longit and the neighbors of the people of Nazelle. We unlocked this town early on, but now we have an excuse to come here for the local specialty, the Sea Swallow's Nest. we'll have to scale some difficult cliffs to get it though!
