We finish up this quest line by sending off the Saigo Clansmen across the Nazelle Straight and meet them on the other side. They are so grateful for our help that they decide to join the Empire, no questions asked! A rather peaceful resolution to annexing a territory. And with some battling out of the way, our Imperial University is completed and is readying it's application process. The Emperor's enrollment is the first thing on their agenda.
