The final boss of the Canal Fortress is Vicar who appears to be the hired hand of another of the seven heroes! We have to take him down in order to get control of the Victor Canal. He can be a little difficult with his two tamed monsters providing him support. But with careful tactics in stunning him before he can even attack, we'll emerge victorious without too much wear and tear. Afterwards, we get a time skip and we must select a new emperor to carry on Gerard's legacy!
