Musical presentation by Linda Harris (vocals), David B. Cole (banjo), and Emory Diggs (bass) about Harriet Tubman, The Underground Railroad, and Juneteenth. Songs include: Follow the Drinking Gourd, Farewell, I Got Shoes, Get on Board Little Children, Wade in the Water.
The full presentation is included in the live stream of Session 1 of the Roman2023 conference, however the musical instruments were suppressed by the meeting software there. These 6 short clips were recorded by Sarah Lui (STScI) and capture the full sound of the performance.
