Roland T-8 pattern chain (program change on Akai MPC One)

Until we get pattern chaining in the T-8 you can use a program change via a midi command to change patterns , here's i use the MPC and it's list edit feature to change the patterns and swap between pattern one (2 bars) and patterns two (2 bars) in a 4 bar pattern on the mpc.
