To fix broken battery pad connector you need scrapped 3 dot pcb under the pad. And solder it on that. The other left & right pad easy to trace (only + & -)
Tools:
Solder
Lead tin (recommended)
Cutter/anything to scrapped motherboard (you may need engraving pen pcb if all three dot removed from motherboard to trace under pcb)
UV solder mask or glue
Almost a year this solder no problem at all. When you look at it clearly im doing my self / noobs hehehe.
Oh yeah the battery cell join is broken too in my experience using 74wh. Just in case if in the future 74wh battery died suddenly is most likely cell battery join is loose. So you need to solder using lead tin. Dont throw away the battery
