Tenants at the Rocky Hill apartment complex formerly known as Concierge and now called The Beacon are reporting ongoing maintenance problems months after burst pipes and flooding forced hundreds of residents to evacuate.
Connecticut’s attorney general previously reached an agreement with owner JRK Property Holdings requiring $5 million in payments to tenants. A second agreement now mandates that JRK hire a third party to inspect the property four times a year and develop a remediation plan addressing mechanical systems, plumbing, heating and more.
NBC Connecticut reached out to JRK Property Holdings for comment but had not received a response.
