A heated dispute between neighbors in Rockford, Illinois, escalated dramatically when Sean Jen's, 51, allegedly used an AR-15 shaped blowtorch to try and burn down his neighbor's front door. Jen's has been arrested and charged with aggravated arson, now held in Winnebago County jail.
