In this episode I rock and destroy NASA again and explain how Bernoulli's principle means that gas cannot push anything in space, including a rocket since you can't create a negative pressure. I also reiterate chriszar579's point that newtons laws do not work on the atomic scale, of which gasses are atomic scale. I also show that gas doesn't have any friction on surfaces in space. Also that when a gas expands it has no net change in momentum. In order to cause movement you have to have a force. To create a force you need a change in momentum x time. Since expanding gas has no change in the center of its mass, its momentum doesn't change. And with no change in momentum no forces are involved. I describe an experiment to prove this, an open sided box and let the viewer perform a thought experiment whether people to the closed side of the box will smell the perfume.
