Whewww....what a year this has been! I've moved out for the first time on my own (ok with my sister as my roommate but still!), had many ups & downs with my current job (w/ no signs of leaving YAY! We like this job for now tho haha!) & just a whole bunch of change & navigating through adulthood. I may be closer to 30, but I still feel I have much to learn about not just myself, but how to navigate through this crazy world in a completely new POV. I'll never forget just how far I've come since last year, TRUST ME!
But the one thing that has remained constant & given me great joy (aside from, insert the many obsessions of this year) was listening to a lot of Elton John songs! & especially rewatching the movie Rocketman a TON! Like I can't tell how many times I watched that movie since the beginning of this year! I've really connected w/ the music & its been a great stress/sadness reliever through all this craziness, so naturally singing one of my all time favorite Elton songs is what I want to end 2025 w/! The ending to Rocketman really is a great motivator, it certainly was for me! Hence why I rewatched it a ton haha! So I hope you guys all look back on this year, despite many stupid shortcomings it brought, with some happiness that you made it through & you only get stronger from there! LOVE YOU ALL, HERE'S TO 2026!!
