The time investment in rocket heat capture is not really cost efficient but it's been fun cramming it in. It also gives us a steam room near the top of the map to heat dump into. But on a more serious note with access to super coolant we can now knock out a whole bunch of projects and upgrade a few of the old ones. But I thin the power network needs to be split first before the overloads get out of hand.
